Open Evening - 21st September 2023
The date of our next Open Evening has now been announced!
You are warmly invited to attend our Open Evening on Thursday 21st September 2023, 3.30pm -5.30pm and 6pm-8pm.
There has never been a better time to join The Hinckley School and during this event you will be able to see and hear first-hand how we are putting students first and building brighter futures for our young people.
During the event visitors will be able to join a talk with our Headteacher, Lisa Hickman, speak to our wonderful students, sample a taste of our aspirational and inspiring curriculum and hear more about our exciting plans for the future - including plans for our new purpose built STEM building.
Visitors will also be able to tour our wider facilities, including the opportunity to visit 'The Bridge', our dedicated specialist Year 7 area, to learn more about how this unique and nurturing environment supports effective transition and rapid progress. Our guests will also be able to explore our purpose built sixth form centre to see how we support students throughout a seven-year journey and visit 'The Gateway' our specialist Year 8 centre which opened in August 2022.

Visitors do not need to book to attend our Open Evening. However, if you have any questions regarding the event or would like to enquire regarding a daytime tour of The Bridge, please email office@thehinckleyschool.co.uk
(Please note that this event is focused on the 2024 intake of new Year 7 students, The Hinckley Sixth Form will hold a separate dedicated Open Evening on Thursday 9th November 2023 for prospective Year 12 students.)
